I would recomend it to anyone who's into retrogames, such as N64, SNES, PSX, MAME, and even Dreamcast. This is my personal favorite site.

DCemu started out as a Dreamcast emulation site, but has now grown to feature homebrew for almost every system on the market. I personally love the psp news section.
